Errington Law, PLLC was founded by attorney and mediator Jennifer A. Errington in 2020, with a vision to offer a unique blend of legal services to clients in North and South Carolina in the areas of sports and entertainment, and business law. .

Meet the Team
My name is Jennifer A. Errington. I am a Charlotte native and founder of The Errington Law Firm, PLLC. I am proud to serve North Carolina and South Carolina communities, sharing my expertise and legal services in entertainment, business, and criminal defense. I am a trained litigator as well as certified Superior Court Mediator, and know when it is best to take matters to trial and when resolution is the best course of action.
I am a proud Charlotte native and graduate of Davidson College. I’ve earned my Masters of Business Administration from The McColl School of Business and my Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law.
I am an active member of the Charlotte Film Community and enjoy golfing, writing, and learning new skills during my free time.

Ariana Méndez
My name is Ariana Méndez and I am the Business/Marketing Developer and Legal Assistant for The Errington Law Firm, PLLC. I am a proud alumnus from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where I acquired my Bachelors of Arts and majored in Political Science with concentrations in Pre-Law and Global Politics. I am Colombian and Puerto Rican and am bilingual in Spanish and English.
I am originally from South Florida and have lived in Charlotte for over a year. I was a Middle School English/Language Arts Teacher in the Greater Delta Area of Mississippi. I have worked in the criminal law field for over two years in both the public and private sector.
Whenever I can, I enjoy making TikToks, traveling, and learning my third language, Korean.
