Errington Law, PLLC was founded by attorney and mediator Jennifer A. Errington in 2020, with a vision to offer a unique blend of legal services to clients in North and South Carolina in the areas of sports and entertainment, and business law. . 

Our mission at Errington Law is to develop a robust legal plan formed by creative problem solving and legal expertise that addresses the specific needs of your case. Through our commitment to justice and creativity, we work hard to ensure your legal rights, business, and future are protected.

Meet Jennifer

My name is Jennifer A. Errington. I am a Charlotte native and founder of The Errington Law Firm, PLLC. I am proud to serve North Carolina and South Carolina, offering my expertise and legal services in business law, and sports & entertainment. As a a trained litigator and certified Superior Court Mediator, I know when it is best to take matters to trial and when it makes the most sense to pursue resolution.

I am a proud graduate of Davidson College. I’ve earned my Masters of Business Administration from The McColl School of Business Summa Cum Laude and my Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law with honors. 

During my free time, I enjoy competitive figure skating, golfing, and creative writing.
